Looking for a little help, does this look legit? Concerned with this being a new member and the Steiner Cert is missing, can the sticker form Steiner be easily transferred?

Most likely issued and the seller probably believes (or is trying to scam) that it was used so he didnt include the LOA.

Agreed. I saw this jersey earlier today and opted not to bid.

This jersey does not look good to me at all. No year tag... No set tag...

According to the seller, the jersey has pilling and fraying; yet the tag looks crisp and new, as though it has not been washed (or very few washed at that)?
