Minor League Baseball used to sell a poster that showed where all of the teams were.

Just click on the "Large Map" after each league. It doesnt look cool, but its a good source.

Thats an older map. No more Edmonton or Tuscon. Now Reno and Round Rock. And some of the affiliations have changed.
