    OT: Baseball keeps you young

I wanted to share this photo from the weekends baseball camp I attended in NY's Central Park. The average age of the camp attendees typically is around 47 years old. The gentleman in the photo with me was the oldest member of the team I was on at age 74! He pitched 7 innnings during the first game on Thursday and played 3rd base during the 2nd game. To put things in perspective he attended all 3 days and played all 6 games while I missed day two due to sore legs

If anyone never tried playing in one of these adult baseball camps I strongly recommend it.

Not only it is alot of fun but it puts a new perspective on seeing use accumulate on your own bats, jerseys, and cleats, etc.

          David,

Thanks for posting your camp photo and telling us about your experience!

It would be great if other members who have attended camps post their stories and photos, also.

Share 'em if you got 'em.

          Kind Regards,

          Ron.
