Yastremski gamer ?

Hey, could anyone help me with a Yastremski jersey? It looks good to me. My concerns are it's a size 46. Yaz usually wore a 42 or 44. Is the larger size for long underwear or could the jersey be a salesman sample? I have attached scans. Thanx

The only input I have is the following: About 10 years ago I had an ad in SCD looking for Cuban born players.I remember talking to a fellow collector (the days when collectors would talk.That was fun!) that was familiar with Boston jerseys.He had mentioned to me to be careful.According to him between 1975-1978 you could buy the jerseys with all the tagging from the big stars off the rack.After that, I never persued a Luis Tiant jersey from those years.I'm still looking for a Tiant.Like a dummy a few years back I passed on a 1974.Good luck.Happy collecting
