who helmet is this. also looks like a #9 sticker was on it at one time and now is a #14,

Joel,

I was just looking at this helmet last night and I did a quick search on Getty after finding out Julio Franco wore #14 for the Rangers.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think it was worn by Julio Franco.

they didn't use rawlings helmets. those in the pics are ABC helmets. more than likely a minor league team used it.

Not true. The Rangers definitely wore Rawlings. I've owned a few and it doesn't take long to find many pics of players wearing them. Far as I know minor leaguers wore double flapped helmets then too.
