need help with a scorecard....

here is an item I picked up that I'm curious as to who kept score...its from game 7 of the 1940 world series (& makes me realize how close the tigers came to winning another world series!!). I know back then, A LOT more fans kept score than fans do now. This sheet however, just seems to be a little more indepth & with side notes..that make me think it was maybe from an announcer or something more official.......any help is so much appreciated. This person has the umpires written down, side comments, almost like reminders....anyways, take a look....I have a couple old Ernie Harwell scorecards & know he used to do that a lot..I believe the Tigers announcer back in '40 was ty Tyson....

I hope that someone will give you some real, substantial guidance about the scorecard, but I can speculate that a fan recorded all the intricate details because he was scoring the 7th game of the World Series. Maybe some guy wanted to record and remember every last detail.
