I created a post several weeks back regarding the Ken griffey jr bat I won from Grey Flannel. And how I got a letter from some lawyer trying to scare me into paying for it. Well just wanted to update. I got a 2nd letter from the lawyer today, telling me about how he had been reading my posts about the situation on this forum. Anyhow the lawyer, basically told me it's my fault because it took grey flannel well over a month to send me a copy of the LOA. How hilarious. Not to mention the LOA they sent me wasn't even what they put in the auction description. I called and left him another message, but yet he never seems to return my phone calls. Guess he has to hide behind his letters.
Another thing, which I will mention. I actually planned on paying for this item prior to recieving the LOA, however I I have a sick daughter and was having some financial problems. So I informed grey flannel of this via email and asked for more time. Of course got no response, as always, then about 10 days letter the LOA arrived in my e-mail. Which pretty much ended it for me right there. And in my latest letter, he basically called me a LIAR saying I do not have a sick child, and that I was just using it as an excuse not to pay. The nerve of some people. Well I left him a nasty voicemail, if I hear back from him I will post what he has to say......Sorry so long, but wanted to get all the facts in there. I'm pretty pi$$ed right now.....
