Need help w/Gary Sheffield Batting Gloves

I won an auction for a pair of Sheffield batting gloves. Upon closely examining Getty Images it appears he wore Reebok gloves in 1997. Thoughts? Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you read the auction closer it says 1998 then below it says 1997. I assume 1997 is wrong but if you getty 1998 you will see he is wearing them.

Thanks Lokee... I did notice the 1998 and it appears he is wearing Reebok in the Getty Images... but I won the auction so I hope there ligit.
