From what my research shows, he never played for the Yankees. That seems odd that its a Yankees gamer but yeah, good conversation starter. And, the starting bid is only $100....... -

I agree it's a great conversation piece though.
Those guys at HB seem to like switching team name plates between Met and Yankee playerr. As you all know I have the infamous Derek Jeter New York Mets bat.
