Looks like a Cowboys replica, similar to the erroneously described Dan Hampton Bears "GU" jersey in Historic Auctions at this time. Neither team used Sand-Knit at all in the 1986-89 range...the Bears wore Wilson, the Cowboys used Russell. Also, this jersey, like the HA Hampton, has no NOB and no trace of one ever being there.

Judging by the jersey being a size 36, my guess would be Pop Warner or another kids league.
