Orange Sharpie on a helmet... ???

I'm curious if anyone has ever used an ORANGE SHARPIE on white helmet for an autograph? I'm having a White Helmet signed and wanted to use an orange sharpie, but not sure if it comes out clearly?

    Thanks for your feedback!!

I had a Bears helmet signed in orange and it came out great. However I cannot remember if it was sharpie, or paint pen.

Do you have something white that you can test the sharpie on? Dry erase board, white refrigerator (), neighbors white Mercedes, or something that has the same type of finish as a helmet.

I would test it out first. You can always try it on the helmet itself, maybe under the pads, or something so it won't show, or just do it on the shell if you know how to get it off.

I would say that a paint pen is a safer way to go though.

I had a jersey signed using an orange paint pen. It was on the white numbers on the jersey, and turned out great! I will email you pics tomorrow.
