That's a normal Starter tag from a gamer. From 1997-98 through 2004-05, the NBA employed multiple official suppliers for game uniforms. A few teams wore Starter for the 1997-98 and 1998-99 seasons. The gamers are inconsistent on flagged year tagging being present; you got one that has it, which is good.
