    Majestic Wash Code tags

Should it be a concern if a recent Majestic game worn jersey doesn't have the wash code tag in it? Do some players cut out the tags? Thanks.

If it's a star player's alleged jersey, I'd run for the hills. Unless there is direct team or player provenance, this clipped out tag would read to me as someone taking a retail (6200) jersey and trying to pass it off as a game jersey (0062). While rare instances occur that retail jerseys get used by players, barring team or player provenance, I'd question any star jerseys with the 6200 tag still evident.

Or that someone de-tagged your scrub jersey to bobo up a superstar jersey from retail. I got hit this way by eBay seller Mannyramirezauthentic a while back: not only were the wash tags removed, but holes were cut in the jersey during the surgery.

Jersey is a size 46 and shows some really good staining around the neck area
