vintage Wilson football jersey

I have an older Wilson football jersey but I need some help in pinning down an actual date or who may have worn this. I is made from a very heavy material and the jersey has pockets on the inside of each sleeve where removable elbow pads were to be inserted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jersey is not hard to date...that style Wilson tag was used from roughly 1967 to 1973.
