Can't tell you the year (sorry), but I can tell you the picture was taken in Baltimore's Memorial Stadium vs the Colts...since the Raiders and the Colts didn't play each other all that often (my only recollection is the one playoff game), I'm sure some research on your part can certainly narrow it down.

The Raiders played the Colts in Baltimore during the 1970's on the following dates:

October 28th, 1973-Sunday
September 28th, 1975-Sunday
December 24th, 1977-Saturday Divisional Playoffs

due to the warm weather as exhibited by the players and the fans in the background, my gues would be the Sept. 1975 game.
