Really there is a No 1 for me, and then the others are all a tie....but here is the best rank i can do. And yes it is extremely weird that my favorite teams are huge rivals, but i actually used to work for both teams.
1. David Robinson
2. Tim Duncan
3. Dirk Nowitzki
4. George Gervin
5. Sean Elliott
1) David Robinson
2) World B. Free
3) Chris Mullin
4) Pistol Pete
5) Earl The Pearl Monroe
Honorable mention
Spud Webb & Mugsy Bogues (Because they were short and could play with the big boys)
D.J. Strawberry - Son of my favorite baseball player
Sidney Green - His nephew is one of my best friends
I've seen lots of fine and exciting hoop players over the past half century, but I've never seen anything close to what I witnessed on February 17, 1968, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and again on February 7, 1970. I won't even begin to try to explain what I saw as there are no words that can adequately do justice.
