anyone know this company?

Noone answers the phone there..I registered on line a few days ago, for todays auction, and am trying to get set up for live bidding and noone contacts me back...

Any ideas?

I've never bought anything from them, but they have a reputation as a reputable autograph company visa vie authentic autographs.

We do lots of business with Alexander - they usually have impeccable customer service. I know the Rock and Roll auction is being conducted at Mohegan Sun so they might have most of their staff there but I am shocked nobody got back in touch with you as that is not like them.

We actually registered for the live bidding on Artfact at 1:45 today and were approved within a few minutes so somebody was manning the internet for them.

thanks for the replies...I was able to sign up through Artfact, but I'd feel more comfortable going through a live person on the phone

They seem like they have a lot of nice items....any issues with this auction house or positive experiences?
