    Reggie Jackson 1973-75 Records

    I am wondering what models Reggie ordered in the 73-75 era. Wiht lenghts and weight if available.

      Hi Robert - during the 1973 - 1975 Louisville Slugger labeling period, Jackson ordered the following model bats - R161, J93, S2 and B298 model bats. All bats were 35" in length except for a 34.5" order of J93 bats on 10-11-73 and a 35.25" order of J93 bats on 8-5-74. Weights varied between 31 ounces and 37 ounces, with most orders in the 35 ounce to 36 ounce range. If you need specific research on a particular model in the period, please let me know.           Jim is there any evidence of a K75 Reggie Jackson bat ordered by Jackson or the team through the 73-75 era? Thank you for your reply.
