It looks like the seller has a few flapless batting helmets from ST and several jerseys up for auction right now. I did a brief search of getty and couldnt find any pics style matching the helmets and tape.

I am a big Martinez fan and collector and I am going to pass....just too many questions on these items and not enough proof of use or linking it to Victor. The regular season batting helmets have the player #s in red and white stickers on the back, I have not seen the names in tape on helmets from the Indians before. It does not mean its not authentic from spring training, I am just not comfortable enough with the helmets to bid on them.
