Marucci order question-world series delivery?

Does anyone know if during the playoffs marucci delivers bats in person to players or how long does it take to get to a player? I just got a Chase Utley Marucci with a 10-13-08 date code with light but obvious use and part of me is pretty sure this saw some World Series use. I know it was taken by MLB as part of the shattering bat study and came directly from the phillies. It was not used in 09 as it was deemed not up to 09 standards. I'll post some pix later tonight.
