Griffey Jersey on Vintage Authentics

Just wondering what everyone else thinks about this jersey.

I found a pretty good photo on Getty (Image 53200416), that showed the back. Look at the nameplate - to me it looks like the "Griffey" is smashed in more on the Vintage Authentics jersey and the name goes further past the numbers on the Getty photo. Just wanting to get input on it.
