Auctions not ending after 15 mins without bids?

Is anyone else having problems with this, after 11 the bid didn't change past 1115 yet the clock simply reset itself and is counting down once again.

I guess I read this wrong, didn't realize the auction reset after a bid on any item. My fault

I've been the high bidder for an item that ended an hour ago and the clock just keeps getting reset.Whats the deal?

All bidding must stop! Not just on one particular item.
