was hoping to yall's thoughts on this I have a 04 Red that came from the Astros with the letter and the tagging is not like this I was wondering if anyone had seen any with tags like this?

Never once. In addition, it looks like the "normal" code tag has been trimmed short to eliminate the code number. Also, 52 is a Majestic retail size. I wouldn't touch it on a game-used basis.
