Does MLB Auctions Charge A Buyers Premium?

Do they charge a buyers premium, or is it just your final bid + shipping?

Also, how soon after the auction ends do they charge your card?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

No BP, shipping is specified when bidding, I have always had my card charged within 15 min or so.
