Does anyone have any idea about this patch??

The jersey is 2008 Peoria Cheifs Rawlings and the patch says DJV.

I got a response earlier today...DJV is Donna J. Vonachen, the mother of the current owner and wife of deceased (I think) former owner Pete Vonachen.
