Today, I had asked, via Bricol's "Contact Us" button about the Nomar jersey they are auctioning off. I wanted to know why this jersey was relisted. This was a jersey that I had placed a bid on in their previous auction, without doing my research first. (I know Howard it was very stupid to not do my research). But I've always had good results with their auctions, and figured I would do it when I had time. Shortly before the auction ended, I received an outbid notice. It was then that I got on mlb.com and looked to see if I could support that this was truly a gamer, before I increased my bid. I wanted to find dated film clips or photos to see what jerseys Nomar wore with the #8.

This is the current link to the auction:

This was the e-mail that I sent Bricol at the conclusion of the last auction.

Brian,

Thank you for letting me know that I have been outbid. To be honest, I was pretty glad that I didn't win, as I had some questions about Nomar wearing a grey #8 jersey come up after I bid. I am fairly positive that he never did wear a #8 in that style of jersey. I was able to find where he wore #8 during his home debut on August 1st. However, by their road trip on August 3-5 to Colorado, his number appears to have already been changed.

If you check out "Lees Fancy Glovework" clip, you can see Nomar in a #5 jersey.

I never got any insight from Brian in regards to this matter.
