This jersey is being attributed to the Browns Ozzie Newsome. It looks like a VA Tech jersey from the 80s. Did the Browns ever have this type of sleeve stripes?

Yes. I had a Browns store shirt like this a while back. Without a NOB, I'd think this is a store shirt. But, it IS a Cleveland Browns jersey. Game worn? Who knows?

Cleveland did in fact have uniforms similar to that in the 1984 season; I'll see if I can scrounge up a good picture.
