    Al Kaline

    Hi, guys. I wondered if you could help me with Al Kaline models, lengths and weights, particularly late 60's era. Thanks, Terry.

    Re: Al Kaline

    Hi Terry--

    Here's a bteakdown of Kaline's most commonly ordered models during different eras of his career;

    1954-1961: Model M110 primarily 34.5 inches in length, but 34" and 35" also found. Weights between 30 and 33 ounces.

    1962-1964: Primarliy P72 and P72L in lengths of 34.5" and 35" weighing between 31 and 32 ounces.

    1966-1970: Primarily model S2L in lengths of 34.5" and 35" weighing between 31 and 32 ounces.

    1971-1974:Primarily Model M110L in lengths of 34" and 34.5 inches weighing between 31 and 32 ounces.

    These are not the only models shipped to Kaline during his career, just the most often used during several stages of his career. Be sure to check out Al Kaline's Player's Bat Chart in the Game Used Library section of Game Used universe for more specific detailed information.

    Good luck.

      Thanks Mike. The S2L hit it on the head.
