I'm not an expert on stadium seats, but the LOA is the standard one used at Cubs Convvention sales until the mid-2000s. ARAMARK was affiliated with the Cubs sales at that time.

Dave is right. As an aside, the Cubs used a ton of photocopied LOA's in 2002 (in the gift shop area and in the clubhouse sale area). Collectors (including me) were vocal about this, and they returned to LOA's on actual Cubs letterhead the following year.

I've looked through hundreds of pictures of Wrigley field and I've never stumbled upon one that shows this version of chair in it. I suspect that it was used in the on-field photo/press area or it was used as temp seating for bears football. However, the folding chairs are more prominent in those areas from a number of pictures that I have seen. If you stumble upon any pictures of this type of chair, please pass them along.
