should stores selling game used be final sale?

I might be weird saying this but I think all stores selling game used memorabilia should have a as is/final sale policy. not only would that ensure the buyer is the first and original owner of the piece, but I don't like the fact if someone purchased a game used, handled it and returned it, possibly ruining some spots that are photomatchable? your thoughts?

agreed. All sales final. items dont need to go from the team to an owner, then back to the team to sell again.
