Skyking - Lol, I did the same with the Mauer helmet. My bidding thoughts ended at the $1K plateau. I knew it would fetch a good price but was a little surprised by that final bid. The Morneau helmet finishing at $770 wasn't too crazy although both helmets were cracked.

The Giants have game-used Bumgarners for sale at the Dugout Store for $1,500, nearly $1,650 after sales tax. After paying that price, the MLB hologram still only states "Game Issue", as do most of the jerseys offered for sale by the Giants this year.
