I have no idea if it's legit and it's way overpriced, but I thought I'd share just in case my memory was correct. (Frankly, if I could confirm that it's "real" and it was about 1/4 of the price I'd buy it myself, as I went to college with Slade.)

The labeling affixed to the inside of the jersey over the number is the manner of "tagging" the Patriots used back then. Can't say 100% for sure without hands-on inspection, but the photos look promising.

I have a '97 Curtis Martin with the same stamp. Jersey looks to atleast be a team issue. Nothing wrong from what is shown.
