This stuff is great. I removed the "To Anthony" on the Juan Gonzalez photograph; and it was used to remove the "HR #15 1996" on the bat.

You can't tell at all.

Take a toothpick, went the tip (don't soak it), and rub away. It evaporate. Will not damage your item at all.

Testors website:

http://www.testors.com/product/137166/1159X/_/Lacquer_ThinnerBrush_Cleaner_1_Oz.

When I get home tonight, I will get the SKU # to search their website to order it. I believe it's: SKU# 1159X, but I want to check to make sure.

I can't emphasize how safe this stuff is to use. The signature on the Juan picture was 7 years old. It took a lot of rubbing, but it came off completed. You can't tell it was ever there.

I know by auto items with personalizations on them, then take it off and leave only the signature. It's awesome.

i always use a dry erase marker on photos and it works great. just write over what you want gone and wipe off with a tissue.

Does it have any smell to it? Before and after?

Thanks

Jason,

Smells pretty strong, like paint thinner. However, when you wipe it on, it starts to evaporate, ultimately leaving no smell.

SKU #1156. Here is the link.

Again, great stuff and I used it alot.

I am looking to purchase a game used bat that has a signature with an inscription written in silver paint pen. The only problem is the inscription came out illegible and I want to remove it because I feel it detracts from the bats apperance. Before I buy I want to make sure this is possible to do. Any suggestions? This is why I am not a big fan of getting gu stuff signed.
