Anybody ever seen these stickers on a batting helmet?

I came across an Indians helmet for sale with some flag stickering I have never seen before and was wondering if anyone else on the board had ever seen it. Any insight would be appreciated.

Funny you should ask. I was watching game 6 of the 1991 World Series. The Twins had those stickers on their helmets...

Roger, thanks for the heads-up. I figured it might tie back to the Blue Jays and/or the Skydome All Star game. The All Star game was in Toronto in 1991 as well but Belle didnt make the All Star team that year. Any other ideas? I thought perhaps a 1991 batting helmet but am looking around to see other examples.

I have a Detroit Tigers Milt Cuyler batting helmet with the same two country's sticker although I don't recall why they did it.
