Do Alternate Baseball Jerseys not have player customizations?

I have seen many alternate baseball jerseys from various teams for players that usually have for example a 2" extra length or tapered but the alternates have no such customizations. Is this correct and or normal?

For what it is worth, my Cincinnati Reds red alternate jersey of Harang does have a customization. I was just looking at it the other day. As for BP jerseys and items like that, I have not seen customizations.
