Need a Patch dated

Can anyone help me date the patch on this hat? I was told it was a few years ago, but not given a date.....any help would be extremely appreciated

never used professionally (at least on the Major Legue level)

appears to be one of those patches that was used on some sort of a generic Negro League piece of clothing...

I got an email out to the equipment manager. He should know. would still love to find out anything while im waiting.

cant imagine it being something thats not legit coming directly from the team with a players number on it.

What team logo is on the front? And is that an MLB or MiLB logo on the back?
