The "05174" tag inside the tail is a year/inventory # tag unique to Texas Rangers gamers of that era. Can't say about the Rangers' policies with LOAs, but it looks to be good, although probabaly not blessed with much wear...Gonzalez only played in 43 MLB games in 2005, and the team had 3 different game jersey styles (white, grey, and blue).

the team does issue loa's if you ask for them.. They generally have mailed them to me a week or so after the purchase.
