I have emailed USA Hockey twice with no response...Saw this quote on another site:

Just received a reply from a USA Hockey contact and the response was:

"At this time USA Hockey has not made a final determination as to what
will be done with our Olympic jerseys."

They will have at least 3 different jerseys per player, right? The standard home/away current style, and the throwback. With any luck hopefully the player gets 1, 1 will be auctioned, and 1 for private fundraisers or something...

If anyone does find this information out, please post. I would love the oppurtunity to own a Patrick Kane game used stick. Would prefer unsigned. I do not ever deal in hockey game used, so anyone have an idea as to what I could even expect to pay for a GU stick? Ifthey even hit auction.

There's Sami Salo's gameworn Vancouver 2010 jersey for sale. It's a finnish online auction but they don't have english as an available language. You need to use google translator or something . Finnish Ice Hockey Association is selling these jerseys to collect money for youth hockey.

Wow! You were right. The whole page is in Finnish and Google Translator was awesome, just put in the website and viola, instant English. If only speaking other languages were that easy to do, maybe I'd know Spanish by now

I was really excited for a moment when I went to currency conversions and used Finland's OLD form of currency. When I realized it was in Euros and the bid right now is nearly $900 US I was quite disappointed.

I guess I'm just spoiled by MeiGray. I can get the other 2 Canucks styles with "A" to match my white one which were worn for 25 games combined or a one game wonder Olympic shirt. Since I want to stay married and my wife would divorce me and take half my collection, I guess this one will have to be a "Hope to get it in the secondary market for 1/3 the price" jersey. If I remember correctly, the Silver medal winning one from 2002 or 2006 sold for $750. I guess I'm not the only Sami Salo fan in the world LOL.
