Anyone have pic "blowup" software? Trying to photomatch jersey

I wanted to know if anyone has any software program and well versed in them to blow up some Getty pics for me? I'm trying to photomatch a Jeter jersey in the current VA auction with a couple Getty pics that might match, but not sure.
