If I was to spend anywhere near that amount of money, it HAS to come with a Bulls CharitaBulls letter for 100% authenticity.
The NOB looks like it style-matches some Getty pics, but again, for that amount, I would be asking for a lot more pics of the front/back.

Any authenticator that says "we where told the jersey comes from a reliable source" doesn't cut it in my books.

Agreed! But i don;t think much Jordan game used stuff that sell on major auction houses contain COA from charitabulls. I might be wrong!

It is tagged correctly. It is difficult to assess whether it was game worn without a photomatch, though, as there were many, many extra pro-cut (or even game-issued) MJ jerseys in his later years.
