Anybody know anything about 1993-1996 Reds jerseys?

I just picked up this Joe Oliver signed Cincinnati Reds jersey, it came with an undershirt as well, which seemed odd as I have never seen the undershirts sold in stores or anywhere (name, number, logos are sewn on the undershirt, and I was just wondering if anybody can tell me if this jersey might be game-issued or even game used. The jersey does not show any obvious signs of use, but the undershirt does with a lot of wash wear and a rip in the right armpit area.

The size seems ok, as a 52 would be good for Oliver (he is 6'3" and 215 lbs.) I have no idea how the tags should look on a team issued jersey or undershirt. Anybody with opinions or info on this one? I appreciate it!

Dan, The Reds road jersey's from 1993-1998 have a Property of Cincinnati Reds year tag sewn under the Russell tagging. The 95-96 jersey's i have seen did not have a size tag in the collar, only on the outer tail. Also, 1994 jersey's had the MLB 125th Anniversary patch on the right sleeve. Hope this helps.

The presence of the collar tag and the sizing would lead me to believe that both the home and road jerseys are retail.
