MLB's rules for bats in 2010

Sorry if this has already been discussed, but is MLB still requiring maple bats to be two-toned for 2010? I ask because I've already seen several solid-black M9's just in the few games I've catched.

Also, is the ink dot still required? I haven't seen anything about them changing the rules, but then again they don't publicize that stuff very well.

Colored handles are allowed, but an inch square must be left unfinished with the dot in it to test for slope of grain.

Thanks. I was getting tired of all those two-toned bats!
