Yankees Bat Experts--Gardner Question

I recently received a great Brett Gardner bat with a nice coating of tar like he does, and a handful of real nice blue ink transfer marks and some nice seam marks. However, the bat is a Mizuno pro maple bat with his name on it and BG on the knob. I have never seen Brett use anything but a LS except for a brief time last year where he used Marucci.

Does anyone remember seeing Brett swinging a Mizuno last year?

I have a black LVS, see mostly blonde ones for sale, but have never seen him use any other brand during games. But I will say the heavy tar around the center brand is a good sign on your bat. He also seems to use them until they crack.
