          I know I have suggested this under different circumstances as it worked beautifully for me when Cal Ripken was still playing, but I would research who the Ticket Manager is for the Phillies and send him/her a sincere hand written note with your request for a ticket from that date, explaining why you want it and offer to pay..........

          Should only cost you a 44 cent stamp and 10 minutes of your time
