When did Robinson Cano wear number 14?

I have a game worn, 2005, signed number 14 Robinson Cano home jersey. The certification from Lou Lampson states that Robinson Cano wore this jersey as his first ever with the Yankees upon getting called up. Baseball-Reference.com also lists 14 as a number worn by Cano on 2005. I just have a difficult time finding any photos from Getty of him wearing it. Actually Getty shows him wearing number 22 pretty early in the season (may). When did he get called up in 2005? Getty shows him sporting a 22 in a February 2005 photo. March spring training shows #72. Then it jumps to May 8, 2005 and he's wearing 22. Maybe in Aprill, 2005 he briefly wore 14? Any clarity would be appreciated.
