Red Wings enforcer collapses, dies

Bob Probert, one of the biggest tough guys of the NHL in his era, died today at age 45. No cause of death was announced immediately, although the family has indicated that they will make a statement. Probert collapsed on a boat while sailing in Lake St. Clair near Detroit. While best known as a Red Wing, Probert also spent time with the Chicago Blackhawks.
