Champion jersey tagging question

Has anyone ever seen a Champions jersey tagged like this before? I thought that Sand Knit did tagging like this only?????

These were used in the 1990-91 season...transition period between MacGregor Sand Knit and Champion making NBA jerseys. Champion used Sand Knit's extra length and Designed and Tailored Exclusively tags in 1990-91 season. This Barkley should have the "exclusive" tag. However, that doesn't mean Barkley didn't wear this jersey. Size is right, auto is good...could be real.
