I know it doesn't have much use, but I figured that somebody would've at least made an offer on this bat: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200498029340 .

Has anybody seen any other Harper game-used stuff hit the market?

oops, for the second part of your question... There was a Harper worn USA jersey on mlb.com for sale in the auction. I lost track of it, so I'm not sure what it went for. I feel like I saw batting gloves somewhere for sale that were his. Hard for me to verify any of it.

The USA jersey sold for $2000 and showed some nice dirt stains: http://auction.mlb.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prrfnbr=124480380&prmenbr=33072944&aunbr=124827090

How about this bat? My question is... if this bat was cracked when it was used, wouldn't the tape on the handle have broken also?

I had a Ken Griffey Jr (who does a pretty similar tape job) that was cracked on the handle like that, but the tape hadn't really moved. Granted, it'd been repaired, but it definitely didn't look like the tape had ever really come off the handle. It probably broke it clean through like a snap, so gluing the wood back together was all that was necessary. Just my guess.
