My Son Performed Anthem at AAA Game

Last Saturday evening for the 3rd straight year, my 19 year old son performed the National Anthem (sax solo) prior to the AAA Lehigh Vally IronPigs/Norfolk Tides game...He was pleased to have met both Josh Bell & Noland Reimold on the field while preparing.....

Very cool. Next time he does this you need to record some video and place it up on Youtube so we have a chance to fully appreciate his God given talent. Maybe he does it next at Camden Yard. Keep us posted.

Thanks for sharing. He must be very good to be asked to play the anthem which is hard to play.

Just wanted to say that is wonderful and must have been some thrill. It is great when a parent and child can share experiences like that. Congratulations!!!

                    ironmanfan,

Congrats! Anytime someone gets to step foot on a professional baseball field is a privilege, and your son performing the National Anthem is quite an honor (three years and counting!).

I also liked the picture as it shows the catcher, Dane Sardinha, at home plate and on the scoreboard. He's a local player from Hawaii who recently spent some time on the Phillies roster while their catcher was on the DL.

The performing of the National Anthem is a special time at the games. It is the moment when everyone in the stadium is in unison.

                    Kind Regards,

                    Ron.
