Packers jersey - trying to learn more about this one...

I picked up this jersey today and am trying to figure out more about it...
(hope I posted in the correct forum...)

I'm not even sure of the era honestly but I thought the "tailored exclusively for the Green Bay Packers" was a good sign.

What are y'alls thoughts? I don't know much about this jersey..at all.

The "Exclusive" tag was used on Sand-Knit retail jerseys from the era. This seems to be Jeff Davis' "fan" shirt.
